I sent out a post for the Connections I have/ I need page where they recommended Thomas. I immediately reached out as it was a broken window that I wanted to get fixed ASAP! He was initially responsive and supposedly came by the next day (he told me I needed to be home for the estimate, but when no one showed and I CALLED HIM, he said they just took a picture. talk about annoying). He gave me an estimate and two options. I agreed to the estimate and told him what route I wanted to take and he said he’d get back to me the next day to confirm the glass was in stock. Crickets. I reached out again and crickets. Never heard from him again to this day. Waste of time and very unprofessional. I was luckily able to get someone to come out the next day for about $100 cheaper with no upsell or bs about how it could take 6-8 weeks for a single pane glass and I’d be better off getting a whole new window.

I had a renter who left my window open for months and it rotted out the window frame, drywall, and insulation. I also had an old school telephone wall jack that I wanted to have cut out and disappear.
Thomas Maggios guys were clean, on time, friendly & respectful. Most importantly they were skilled enough to do the job right. You can’t tell where either issue was, and it all looks like new!
