My home is cluttered I’m a single mom and caregiver for my parents. I posted that I was looking for organization and cleaning. I received a recommendation and quick response for Brittany’s cleaning group. Explained my needs and concerns. Brittney was very pushy and responded wanting me to choose her terms versus my needs. The woman she sent was great I wanted to help me with my project. Brittany ask her to leave instead of working together with us on a plan. As much as I would be pleased for Alice to come and help me with my house I can’t work with Brittany I don’t understand with someone so pushy comes so highly recommended. I guess it was my fault having them come out after feeling pushed instead of seeing that as a red flag.

Unfortunately, I do not recommend this company. We hired them to clean our vacant home that was being flipped. Carpets had already been professionally cleaned, house had been painted (minus the trim since we were waiting on it to be cleaned first). New counters and flooring had been installed in the kitchen and bathrooms. The master shower and toilet were pretty bad but they were able to get those clean. The price I was quoted for the size of the home was fantastic, resulting in us hiring them. We were told a two man crew would be present to clean but one individual showed around 3 pm. They did not leave until 2 am. We did a quick walk through post cleaning and advised that the mirrors had not been cleaned nor had the hardwood floors. Response time was great and same lady was sent back out to resolve those issues. Pictures that were sent to me appeared to show everything was great. We paid in full.
We went back to the property the day the realtor was coming to take pictures and after walking the house further we discovered a lot of issues with the cleaning. The blinds had not been cleaned at all, the window sills were filthy. Additionally, the pantry hadn’t even been touched, and the cabinets were not wiped down or cleaned inside. We attempted multiple times to get in touch with someone to address the issues again but have not been successful. This has left us having to clean the house on our own again and we are out the money we paid.

Happy!! It is so hard to find a high-quality maid service. They weren’t expensive at all. I was extremely pleased to come home to a spotless house. She is very professional, on time, and they even did a lot of extra stuff that the other maid services have not done. Thank you.
